Gadget Defenders LLC is an independent repair and resale business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Samsung Electronics, Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, Motorola Mobility LLC, LG Electronics, Sony Group Corporation, Nintendo Co., Ltd., Valve Corporation, or any other manufacturer unless expressly stated in writing.

Repair Warranty

Any Gadget Defenders warranty applies only to the specific part or service identified on the customer’s receipt. Warranty coverage does not include cracked glass, physical or accidental damage, liquid exposure, misuse, impact damage, bent frames, damage caused by another repair attempt, or unrelated component failure.

When a lifetime display warranty is stated on the receipt, it applies to a qualifying failure of the installed display assembly and does not cover broken glass or customer-caused damage. Warranty eligibility is determined after inspection.

Data, Passcodes & Backup

Customers are responsible for backing up important data before service. Repair, diagnostics, software restoration, device failure, or pre-existing damage may result in data loss. Gadget Defenders LLC does not guarantee the preservation or recovery of photos, messages, contacts, applications, passwords, or other data.

Passcodes or account access may be needed for testing. Customers should remove or change sensitive information when practical and may ask how access will be used before authorizing service.

Water Resistance

Original factory water-resistance ratings cannot be guaranteed after a device has been opened, damaged, or repaired. Customers should treat all repaired devices as not water resistant.

Manufacturer Warranty

Independent repair may affect a manufacturer’s warranty, service program, or eligibility determination. Gadget Defenders LLC cannot verify, promise, or transfer any remaining manufacturer warranty unless specifically stated in writing.

Repair Risks & Pre-Existing Damage

Devices with liquid exposure, severe impact damage, bent frames, damaged connectors, prior repair attempts, missing shields or screws, board-level damage, or degraded batteries may have hidden problems. During reasonable diagnostics or repair, a weakened component may stop functioning. Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint readers, cameras, sensors, wireless charging, and similar features cannot be guaranteed when they are already damaged, previously repaired, or paired to original components.

If additional damage or required work is discovered, Gadget Defenders will seek approval before performing materially different paid work whenever practical.

Replacement Parts Disclosure

Depending on availability, price, and the option selected, replacement parts may be original equipment manufacturer parts, service-pack parts, reclaimed original parts, refurbished parts, or quality aftermarket parts. The applicable invoice or repair discussion controls the part option selected for a specific repair.

Device Pickup & Storage

Customers should pick up completed or unrepaired devices promptly after notification. Storage fees, abandoned-property procedures, or other remedies will be handled according to the written notice provided for the transaction and applicable law. Ownership is not transferred merely because a device remains at the store.

Buyback & Trade-In Terms

A customer offering a device for sale represents that they legally own it and have authority to sell it. Government-issued identification may be required. Serial numbers and IMEI information may be recorded or checked. Devices must not be reported lost or stolen, subject to an unpaid-financing restriction, or locked to an account that the seller cannot remove.

Online or preliminary offers are estimates only. The final offer is determined after physical inspection, functional testing, account-lock verification, and confirmation of the exact model, storage capacity, carrier status, and condition.

Resale & First-Sale Notice

Gadget Defenders LLC resells products it has lawfully acquired. References to manufacturer names and trademarks are used to identify genuine products, compatibility, or the type of device being offered. Such references do not imply sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement by the trademark owner.

Refurbished & Pre-Owned Products

Unless expressly listed as new, resale products may be pre-owned, open-box, repaired, refurbished, or assembled with a combination of original, reclaimed, refurbished, and quality aftermarket components. Cosmetic condition and included accessories may vary. The product listing, receipt, and stated Gadget Defenders return or warranty terms control the transaction.
