Warranty information
Clear coverage without confusing promises.
Warranty terms depend on the repair and replacement part. Final coverage should always be shown on the repair receipt.
Damage and part failure are different.
A defective replacement component may qualify for coverage. New physical damage, broken glass, liquid exposure and unrelated failures generally do not.
Eligible screen-panel coverage
Some eligible screen repairs may include lifetime coverage on the replacement panel itself. This is not insurance for the entire device and does not cover newly broken glass or damage caused after the repair.
Common exclusions
× Broken or cracked glass after repair
× Drops, bending, crushing or other physical damage
× Liquid exposure, corrosion or contamination
× Damage caused by another repair attempt
× Failures unrelated to the replaced component
× Data loss, software issues or account access problems unless specifically stated
How a warranty claim is evaluated
- Bring in the device and receipt. We need to confirm the original repair and coverage.
- The device is inspected. We check the covered part and look for physical or liquid damage.
- Eligibility is confirmed. If the covered part failed under the written terms, the next step is explained.
