Quote requests
Submitting a repair or buyback form does not create a repair authorization, appointment, purchase contract or guaranteed offer. Gadget Defenders must review and confirm the details.
Repair authorization
Repair work begins only after the customer approves the stated work and applicable terms. Additional problems discovered during inspection may require a revised estimate and additional approval.
Device condition and data
Customers should disclose known damage, liquid exposure and prior repair attempts. Back up important data whenever possible. Gadget Defenders cannot guarantee data stored only on a damaged or failing device.
Buyback requests
Preliminary device offers are subject to inspection, ownership verification, activation-lock status, financing status, condition and accuracy of the information supplied. Gadget Defenders may decline any device.
Warranty
Warranty terms vary by repair and are provided with the service. Physical damage, broken glass, liquid damage, misuse and unrelated failures are generally excluded unless stated otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or attempt to interfere with website security or operation.
